DHL, a global leader in supply chain management, seeks an experienced First Line Manager for our Northampton site. You will oversee a temperature-controlled, three-chamber warehouse, guiding performance and ensuring safety and efficiency across all operations.

You will manage up to 20 operatives, monitor order tracking with our in-house software, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet KPIs and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader in a warehouse or logistics environment, particularly in temperature-controlled settings.
• Strong understanding of supply chain practices and warehouse procedures.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and report on warehousing performance and metrics.
• Supervise and coordinate productivity for up to 20 operatives.
• Use tracking software to monitor orders and ensure accuracy.
• Identify and implement processes to improve warehouse performance.
