Alliance Automotive Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee receipt, storage and dispatch of goods, ensuring productivity targets are met and safety standards upheld.

You will manage people, processes and systems, liaise with customers and transport partners, and produce regular operational reports to drive continuous improvement across the warehouse network.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and monitor the receipt, order, assembly and dispatch of goods.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers and transport companies.
• Use space and equipment efficiently while meeting quality and budget targets.
• Lead and manage warehouse staff and performance.
• Plan future capacity requirements and recruitment/training of staff.
• Maintain health, safety, hygiene and security standards.
• Keep stock control systems up to date and inventories accurate.
• Produce regular reports and statistics (daily/weekly/monthly).
• Oversee maintenance of machinery and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and visions.
