Job summary

Zoomlion in the United Kingdom seeks a warehouse administrator to manage parts stock, pick/pack, and dispatch orders while ensuring accurate ERP/WMS records.

The role requires UK work rights, strong English communication, and a degree in a related field; SAP/ERP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have the legal right to work in the UK.
• Excellent English communication; Chinese language ability advantageous.
• Experience in warehouse operations and stock control.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Receive, count, and shelve incoming parts in the warehouse.
• Pick, pack, and dispatch parts based on demand.
• Maintain inventory records and align stock with system data.
• Support parts sales orders and invoicing with the service department.
• Uphold 6S standards, safety, and cleanliness on site.
• Operate Warehouse Management System (WMS); SAP or ERP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, count, and accurately shelve incoming parts within the warehouse.
• Pick, pack, and dispatch parts in line with operational demand.
• Manage inventory records and ensure alignment between physical stock and system data.
• Work closely with the service department to support parts sales orders and invoicing.
• Maintain high standards of 6S organisation, safety, and cleanliness on site.
• Operate the Warehouse Management System (WMS) effectively; ERP systems such as SAP are a plus.

Requirements

• Must have the legal right to work in the UK.
• Strong communication skills in English; Chinese language skills are an advantage where required for business operations.
• Proven experience in warehouse operations, parts inventory management, and stock control.
• Proficiency in WMS; experience with SAP or other ERP systems preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or above, ideally in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
