Job summary

GXO Daventry is recruiting Warehouse Administrators to join our new site, partnering with M&S, focusing on stock accuracy and system integrity. The role is full-time and permanent, with 06:00-14:00 or 14:00-22:00 shifts within a 5 from 7 pattern.

You will manage goods in, picking, dispatch and transfers; complete audits and system checks, and maintain accurate records using Excel to support KPI data and stock integrity while supporting daily operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with stock and inventory data management.
• Strong IT skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with stakeholders and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Carry out stock counting and inventory adjustments.
• Manage Goods In, picking, dispatch and transfers; complete audits and system checks.
• Maintain accurate records, spreadsheets and reports for KPI data and stock integrity.
• Support daily operations with accurate shift handovers and adherence to processes.
