Warehouse Inventory & Operations Manager – Coventry – Salary Negotiable

Our client, a recognized FMCG business based in Coventry, is seeking applications for a new Warehouse Inventory & Operations Manager. The company is experiencing a period of accelerated growth and expansion. We are looking for experienced, hands-on candidates with a detailed background in management and operational support. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the successful candidate will come from a Warehouse / Logistics operations background and will support the growth and development of the operation alongside the existing management team in several key areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inventory in a large warehouse environment with over 17,000 pallet locations.
• Interpret and report data effectively.
• Be an advanced user of Excel spreadsheets.
• Manage day-to-day activities.
• Prioritize daily, weekly, monthly, and annual tasks.
• Maintain customer focus and communicate effectively at all levels.
• Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Identify training needs and develop training plans.
• Create a cohesive, quality-driven team.
