Job summary

Alliance Healthcare is seeking a dedicated individual for a warehouse role focused on maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. You will ensure that all pick slots are regularly cleaned and assist in keeping the warehouse free from waste and damage.

This position requires 39 hours of work per week, involving flexible shifts. The salary is £13.54 per hour, with benefits including free parking and a contributory pension scheme. Ideal candidates will demonstrate high visual accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 2 Years cleaning experience in a warehouse environment highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Clean pick faces in the warehouse following cleaning schedules.
• Perform scheduled low level cleaning activities and dust control.
• Ensure cleaning schedules are signed off by the Manager or Team leader.
• Identify and report failures in cleaning procedures.
• Follow specific training to clean all areas.
• Ensure cleaning stations contain clean mops and water.
• Empty compactors as per guidelines.
• Clean compactor area at the end of the shift.
• Return cardboard cages to their place after emptying.
• Separate waste materials for disposal.
