Job summary

Optima UK Inc Ltd in Hinckley is recruiting a Goods IN/Goods OUT Operative to support packing and dispatch in a busy manufacturing environment. You will work with multiple internal teams to ensure orders, documentation and deliveries are accurate and timely.

The role requires strong organisation, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced setting. Experience with warehouses or logistics is preferred; FLT training will be given if needed, and Microsoft Office

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse/admin roles is essential.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Good communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily packing schedules.
• Prepare and maintain packing documentation and delivery notes.
• Enter and update packing/stock/order data in internal systems.
• Monitor packing progress and escalate delays or issues.
• Work with warehouse, production, logistics and customer service teams.
• Maintain accurate records of stock and orders.
