Job summary

Brightwork Limited is seeking a Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join our client's busy warehouse operations across Fife and the Central Belt. You will cover shifts at three site locations, with transport being advantageous.

Rotational shifts include Early, Back, and Night with competitive hourly rates (£16.36–£18.17). A valid FLT licence and safety-conscious approach are essential, and references covering the past five years are required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating a Counterbalance Forklift
• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence/Certification
• Ability to work to a high standard
• Confidence working at height
• Experience following strict health and safety procedures

Job description

We are currently recruiting for a Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join our client's busy warehouse facilities across the Fife and Central Belt areas.

Own transport would be advantageous, as you will be required to cover shifts across three different site locations.

Cluny, Fife - KY2 6AR
Broxburn - EH52 5AU
Bonnybridge - FK4 1UR

Candidates must be available to work a rotational shift pattern and be flexible across all shift schedules listed below.

Early Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Back Shift: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Night Shift: Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM

Pay Rates

• Early Shift: £16.36 per hour
• Back Shift: £16.70 per hour
• Night Shift: £18.17 per hour

Please note: Rates of pay will increase after 12 completed working weeks.

Requirements

• Previous experience operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck (FLT)
• A valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence/Certification
• The ability to work consistently to a high standard
• Confidence working at height
• Experience working within strict health and safety procedures

Candidates will need to provide references covering the past 5 years to meet the compliance requirements for the site.
