Brightwork Limited is seeking experienced Counterbalance Forklift Drivers for a busy drinks manufacturing site in North Lanarkshire on an ongoing temporary basis. The role involves safety-focused forklift operation, supplying materials to lines and keeping the warehouse efficient.

Shifts include early, back and nights with generous pay rates (£17.93–£22.79 per hour). On-site perks include parking, a staff shop and subsidised canteen.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently.

We're looking for experienced Counterbalance Forklift Drivers to join a busy drinks manufacturing site in North Lanarkshire on an ongoing temporary basis.

Pay and Shift Details

• £17.93 - £22.79 per hour
• Early, back and night shifts available:
• Early: 6am - 2pm (6am - 11:30am Friday)
• Back: 2pm - 10pm (11:30am - 5pm Friday)
• Nights: 10pm - 6am Monday to Thursday
• During busy periods, shifts may occasionally change to 6am - 6pm or 6pm - 6am at short notice
• Full flexibility across shift patterns is required

What You'll Be Doing

This role does involve some physical work alongside FLT duties.

What We're Looking For

• Hold a valid accredited Counterbalance Forklift licence
• Have experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
• Work well with others and are happy using your initiative when needed
• Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Take pride in working safely and doing the job properly
• Are flexible and able to work across early, back and night shifts
• Provide a full 5-year work history and references
• Pass a DBS check
• Be comfortable handling and moving alcoholic products
