Manpower Group (UK) is recruiting for a Counterbalance Forklift & Yard Operative in Whitburn, West Lothian. This temporary role runs Monday to Friday with start times from 7:30am to 5:00pm. Pay is £14.00 per hour with weekly pay.

You will operate a Counterbalance forklift in a busy builders merchant environment and support general warehouse tasks. Requirements include a valid external Counterbalance forklift licence (in-house tickets not accepted), prior FLT and warehouse experience, and the

Responsibilities

• Operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload vehicles with timber and other products.
• Move stock within the warehouse and yard areas.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working environment.
• Support general warehouse duties as required.
• Occasionally assist customers at the trade counter.

Working pattern: Monday to Friday

Start time: From 007:30am until 17:00pm

Pay rate: £14.00 per hour - Weekly Pay

Manpower is currently recruiting for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift & Yard Operative on behalf of our client. This is a temporary position with immediate starts available.

The Role: You will be working within a busy builders merchant environment.

• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading vehicles with timber and other products
• Moving stock within the warehouse and yard areas
• Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe working environment
• Supporting general warehouse duties as required
• Occasionally helping customers at trade counter

Requirements:

• Valid external Counterbalance Forklift licence (in-house tickets are not accepted)
• Previous warehouse and FLT experience
• Ability to work in a physically demanding role
• Due to the client's location, own transport is essential
