About the Role
A manufacturing company based in Wardpark South is seeking a Counterbalance Forklift Truck Driver to join their team with an immediate start available. This is a full-time position working within a busy production and warehouse environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe operation of a counterbalance forklift truck, ensuring the efficient movement of materials and finished products throughout the site.
Key Responsibilities
Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently.
Loading and unloading vehicles.
Moving stock and materials across the warehouse and production areas.
Supporting production operations as required.
Carrying out daily equipment checks.
Following all health and safety procedures.
Maintaining a clean and organised work environment.
Valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck licence/certificate.
Previous FLT experience beneficial but not essential.
Physically fit and capable of working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Reliable, punctual and dependable.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Strong awareness of workplace health and safety standards.
