Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Worksop seeks a Warehouse First Line Manager to lead a team of warehouse operatives, ensuring safe, efficient and accurate daily operations at Manton Wood. The role focuses on driving performance, supervising labour, and delivering high service standards in a dynamic environment.

You will be responsible for motivating staff, managing performance and maintaining health and safety compliance, with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement across the site.

• Experience as First Line Manager or Team Leader within a warehouse environment.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Ability to manage performance and employee relations fairly and professionally.
• Solid understanding of warehouse operations, processes, and best practices.
• Organised, resilient and thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and support a team of warehouse operatives to deliver performance.
• Ensure all warehouse activities are completed safely, accurately and on time.
• Monitor and drive KPIs, including productivity, quality, service and attendance.
• Plan and allocate labour and resources to meet changing workload demands.
• Champion Health & Safety, compliance and continuous improvement across the operation.

Shift patterns: Monday to Friday working 6am-2pm & 2pm-10pm on rotation
