Job Description

The ideal Warehouse FLM, reporting to the Warehouse Shift Manager / Warehouse Manager, will possess the following skills and responsibilities:

• Manage and direct the daily activities of warehouse staff to ensure a safe, secure, and clean environment for all team members.
• Manage team KPIs by providing reviews, development, and succession planning as appropriate.
• Ensure company policies are upheld in accordance with all regulations, including health and safety.
• Maintain excellent communication across all levels of team members, both internal and external.
• Actively promote a positive culture and embed employee engagement within the team.
• Commute to Widnes.
