About the Role

DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business, is seeking a Warehouse FLM to play a vital role in coordinating our daily logistics requirements. The ideal candidate should have comprehensive knowledge of supply chain supervisory practices and a strong understanding of warehouse procedures, including storing goods and dispatching orders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist management by reporting on and monitoring the effectiveness of warehousing activities and performance in your designated area.
2. Supervise, implement, and coordinate productivity by communicating job expectations to direct reports, ensuring all deadlines are safely met within allocated time frames while maintaining standards of excellence.
3. Track and trace orders using digital in-house tracking software, maintaining accurate records at an optimal level.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous practical experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader within a logistics environment.
