You’ll be paid a salary of up to £28,000 per annum. What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Take full responsibility for the day to day running of the warehouse in your area, you’ll lead, motivate and develop your team to achieve targets.
• Pro-actively support the site and customer’s continuous improvement initiatives, acting as an advocate on site for cultural change.
• With good understanding of Health & Safety, you’ll strive to make sure all operational processes are fully compliant with our policies, while accurately identifying risks and escalating your findings.
• Effectively communicate with all stakeholders to fully understand our customer and company requirements, incorporating them into all planning and reporting tools, activities and projects.
