GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse First Line Manager to oversee the Banbury site. You will lead a team in a busy warehouse, focus on continuous improvement, and promote a collaborative culture to meet business goals.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to safety and efficiency within a full-time, day-to-evening shift pattern.

• Take full responsibility for the day to day running of the warehouse in your area, you'll lead, motivate and develop your team to achieve targets
• Ensure effective communication is delivered to colleagues and management teams on a daily basis
• Pro-actively support the site and customer's continuous improvement initiatives, acting as an advocate on site for cultural change
• With good understanding of health & safety you'll strive to make sure all operational processes are fully compliant with our policies, while accurately identifying risks and escalating your findings
  Experience of working in a supervisory position, within a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Be a natural leader, able to coach others to drive and implement change
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience managing conflicting priorities, with the ability to plan and organise a warehouse operation
• Strong IT skills, including warehouse systems and Microsoft Office

  This is a full time, permanent position, where you'll be working on an 'any 5 from 7' shift pattern. The hours of work will be 14:30 - 23:00., You'll be paid a salary of up to £31,000 per annum, you'll also receive 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days so you can enjoy a positive work-life balance.
