Bleckmann UK Ltd is hiring a Warehouse Administrator for a permanent, full-time role in the UK. Hours are 08:00–16:00 or 16:00–00:00, with occasional peak-period flexibility. The role focuses on accurate administration, data reporting, and payroll inputs to support warehousing activities.

Salary ranges from £28,000 to £29,700 depending on skills and experience, with additional late-shift allowance. Benefits include life insurance, pension, discounts, health initiatives, and on-site parking.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate high attention to detail and strong analytical thinking.
• Proficient in Excel and data handling for reporting and payroll inputs.
• Effective communication and ability to build positive working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain accurate hours worked reports.
• Manage ATREA system activities, reporting and exceptions.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, HR and IT to improve processes.
• Audit SOP adherence and resolve admin issues for smooth operations.
• Support invoicing with validated data and alignment to billing.
• Act as a first point of contact for admin queries from multiple teams.
• Maintain workforce administration and data integrity for payroll.
