Ready to join us?This is a permanent, full-time position working Monday to Friday, covering the hours of 08:00 - 16:00 or 16:00 - 00:00, with flexibility required during peak periods. The role offers an annual salary between £28,000 - £29,700 , depending on skills and experience, plus an additional shift allowance for the late shift positions.Tasks and Responsibilities:The Warehouse Administrator is responsible for the accurate and timely execution of operational administration processes supporting warehousing activities. The role ensures reliable data management for invoicing, workforce tracking, and reporting, enabling efficient operational control. Acting as a key administrative link between operations and support functions, the role contributes to data quality, process compliance and smooth day-to-day execution within the site.Act as a key contact for admin queries, resolving or escalating as neededProduce and maintain accurate hours worked reportsManage ATREA system activities, including reporting and exceptionsWork collaboratively with Operations, Finance, HR, and ITSupport process improvements and carry out SOP auditsAssist with ad hoc tasks and projectsManage and maintain accurate workforce administration, including validation and correction of hours worked, attendance data and system registrations to ensure reliable payroll and invoicing inputsPrepare and deliver operational reporting (daily, weekly, monthly) on workforce metrics, costs and productivity, ensuring accuracy and timely availability for decision-makingSupport invoicing processes by verifying operational data inputs and ensuring alignment between recorded activities and billing requirementsAct as key user for administrative systems (e.g. attendance or time registration tools), including managing data integrity, resolving issues and supporting end-users where requiredPerform structured checks and audits on administrative processes and SOP adherence, identifying inconsistencies and ensuring compliance with defined standardsServe as first point of contact for administrative queries from operations, finance, HR and IT, ensuring efficient issue handling and correct information exchangeContribute to continuous improvement of administrative processes by identifying inefficiencies and proposing practical enhancements within the existing frameworkEnsure proper documentation and maintenance of administrative procedures, supporting consistency and continuity of operationsProfile:Strong attention to detail with good analytical skillsConfident using Excel and handling dataClear and effective communicatorBuilds positive working relationshipsWell-organised and able to meet deadlinesProactive with a focus on continuous improvementWhat do we offer ?Our people are at the heart of what we do.
