Job summary

Bleckmann UK is recruiting a Warehouse Administrator to support warehousing activities with accurate data and timely administration. You’ll manage hours worked, payroll inputs, and reporting, acting as a bridge between Operations, Finance and HR.

We offer a permanent, full-time role with hours 08:00-16:00 or 16:00-00:00, a competitive salary of £28,000-£29,700, and a shift allowance for late shifts. Join a dynamic team focused on process excellence and reliable data.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key contact for admin queries and resolve or escalate as needed.
• Produce and maintain accurate hours worked reports.
• Manage ATREA system activities, including reporting and exceptions.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, HR and IT.
• Support process improvements and carry out SOP audits.
• Assist with ad hoc tasks and projects.
