Job summary

Bleckmann is seeking a warehouse operative for our Distribution Centre in the UK. The role runs Monday to Friday, with 08:00-16:00 and 16:00-00:00 shifts rotating every two weeks, and peak-period flexibility.

You will maintain stock levels, perform cycle counts, and ensure health and safety standards while using WMS and MHE. The position offers a competitive salary, 33 days leave, life insurance, pension, and onsite parking.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse inventory/stock control.
• Proficient in picking and stock handling with MHE.
• WMS experience essential; e-commerce/3PL preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving.
• Good communicator and reliable team player.
• Health & Safety focused.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stock levels and inventory integrity in the distribution centre.
• Perform cycle counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Keep accurate inventory records in the WMS.
• Collaborate with operations to move stock efficiently.
• Support process improvements in inventory management.
• Ensure activities meet Health & Safety standards.
