Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Derby is looking for a Warehouse Data Analyst to drive real-time reporting and performance analysis on our new operation. The role focuses on building clear Power BI dashboards and actionable insights to boost productivity, service and quality.

You will support warehouse data initiatives, work with Excel tools, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts on site at our Derby location.

Qualifications

• Experience analysing operational/warehouse related data.
• Strong Power BI and Excel skills.
• Ability to present data clearly and effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver real-time operational reporting and analysis
• Analyse performance data from warehouse systems, automation and WMS platforms to identify trends and opportunities
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that present data clearly and effectively
• Provide actionable insights that support productivity, service, quality and continuous improvement initiatives
