Job summary

Marks & Spencer in Lichfield is recruiting an Inventory Analyst to support our new distribution centre operations. You will analyse quality defects and inventory integrity data to identify improvements and drive actions across the site.

You’ll build data visualisations in Power BI, link multiple data sources, and present actionable insights to non-technical stakeholders, helping maximise accuracy, speed and efficiency of our logistics network.

Qualifications

• Ability to gather, interpret and gain insights from large data sets to inform business decisions.
• Experience linking data from multiple sources to deliver timely, accurate reporting.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools and presenting complex data to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Create data through Power BI dashboard reporting and visuals to support driving action.
• Automate analytics production and reuse known good data sets to improve efficiency.
• Link different data sources to deliver accurate, timely reporting for business questions.
• Deliver reports, presentations and compelling arguments based on data insights.
• Perform data mining to generate effective analysis and actionable recommendations.
