Job summary

AB Agri Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Operative and Customer Service Support for an onsite role in Toomebridge, Northern Ireland. The role combines warehousing, stock control and customer service, supporting orders and queries across the UK and Ireland.

Salary is £27,000 per year with pension matched up to 10% and access to flexible benefits to support development, wellbeing and daily life. You will join a collaborative team involved in warehousing, logistics and customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience working within a warehouse environment.
• Forklift Truck and/or Reach Truck experience with licence or willingness to obtain.
• Computer literacy and confidence with warehouse and business systems.
• Experience of stock control, batch traceability and inventory management.
• Knowledge of quality control processes and product inspections.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong customer service skills to resolve queries.
• Proactive, flexible, and able to prioritise workload.
• Commitment to health and safety standards.
• Valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Receiving inbound deliveries, checking products against delivery documentation, recording batch information and storing stock.
• Carrying out stock control activities, ensuring accurate stock rotation, traceability and inventory management.
• Preparing customer orders for dispatch and labelling pallets.
• Supporting quality control processes by identifying, reporting and documenting damaged goods, non-conformances and supplier issues.
• Maintaining a safe, clean and organised warehouse environment.
• Completing daily equipment and truck checks, maintaining records and escalating any issues as required.
• Providing customer service support by assisting with order processing, resolving customer queries and working closely with the Customer Services team.
• Supporting administrative activities including stock allocation, batch control, supplier invoice processing and quality reporting systems.
