The Compleat Food Group is seeking a proactive Warehouse Co‑Ordinator to support a fast-paced chilled food manufacturing operation in Bristol. You will lead a small team, delegate tasks, and ensure safe, accurate inbound/outbound operations across ambient and temperature‑controlled areas.

Key duties include supervising 5–15 operatives, managing deliveries, ensuring MHE safety, and deputising for the Warehouse Supervisor when needed. A strong focus on health, safety and stock control is essential.

• FLT licence
• Experience in a warehouse environment (FMCG desirable)
• Food Safety Level 2

• Strong communication skills and a good level of English
• Good literacy and numeracy skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment

• Experience in chilled or food manufacturing environments
• Previous experience leading or supporting warehouse teams

We’re looking for a proactive WarehouseCo-Ordinator to support our fast-paced chilled food manufacturing operation. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll support the Warehouse Supervisor, deputise in their absence, and play a key role in ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient warehouse operations across ambient and temperature‑controlled environments.

Shift Pattern: 18:00 - 06:00 4on 4off D shift

Location: Unit 4, Bristol Distribution Park, Hawkley Drive, Woodlands Road, Bradley Stoke, Bristol BS320BF

About the role:As Warehouse Co-Ordinator, you will:

Key Responsibilities

• - Complete pre‑start checks on all departmental equipment, including recycling and waste equipment
• - Ensure MHE is operated safely and correctly, reporting defects and VOR equipment promptly
• - Maintain full compliance with Health & Safety, GMP, and Food Safety standards
• - Lead, motivate, and support the warehouse team to achieve maximum output
• - Monitor performance and ensure the most effective placement of operatives
• - Provide on‑the‑job training, guidance, and support to new starters
• - Maintain FIFO, traceability, and stock rotation at all times
• - Keep accurate records and ensure audit readiness (internal & external)
