Job summary

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is seeking a motivated Cleaning and Waste Operative to join our warehouse cleaning team. You will clean all areas, including washrooms and canteens, using handled equipment and approved products.

Training is provided and you will follow Health & Safety guidelines while managing waste disposal. The role offers a permanent contract with shift pattern of 7 am to 7 pm, 4 on/4 off, and a pay rate of £13.38 per hour.

Qualifications

• Motivated and reliable individual with good work ethic.
• Willing to learn and follow safety guidelines and training.
• Flexibility to work with changing shift patterns and duties.

Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy all warehouse areas, including washrooms and canteens.
• Operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning products safely and effectively.
• Respond quickly to client call-outs and comply with health & safety policies.
• Manage waste disposal following company procedures.
