Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is hiring a Cleaning and Waste Operative for a warehouse environment with 8:00 am–4:00 pm shifts, 8 hours a day, 35 hours per week. Permanent role; full training provided.

You will clean all areas, manage waste, and comply with Health & Safety standards, with on-site responsibilities and call-out readiness. No prior experience is required; flexible, team-oriented candidate encouraged.

Qualifications

• No experience required; full training provided.
• Must complete Basic Disclosure Check; may require drug/alcohol screening.
• Flexible in approach and able to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy warehouse areas, washrooms and canteens.
• Use appropriate cleaning equipment and products safely.
• Keep equipment clean, well maintained and in safe working order.
• React quickly to client call-outs and follow Health & Safety rules.
