Job summary

Frasers Group is seeking a Facilities Supervisor (Technical Cleaning) for night shifts to oversee the cleaning team in the warehouse, ensuring highest standards of cleanliness, safety and compliance with COSHH and Health & Safety regulations.

As a key support to the Section Manager you will coordinate tasks, supervise staff, manage daily operations, and maintain service records and equipment in line with company policies.

Qualifications

• Three years’ experience in a warehouse or large-scale facility managing cleaning and waste.
• Background in soft services with relevant qualifications or experience.
• Proficient in operating modern cleaning machinery.
• Experience using CAFM systems and Microsoft Office 365.
• Strong communication and ability to follow instructions.
• Knowledge of ISSA, CIMS, BICSc and BS EN 13549 standards.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Independent and self-motivated with resilience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cleaning tasks with the section manager to set priorities.
• Lead the team, provide supervision, and manage staff.
• Oversee daily cleaning operations and housekeeping tasks.
• Monitor team wellbeing and escalate concerns when needed.
• Conduct 1-2-1 performance reviews and monitor KPIs.
• Administer scheduling and reporting software used for operations.
• Supervise cleaning shifts across multiple schedules.
• Provide technical support across different shifts.
• Step in to cover the Section Manager role when required.
• Ensure staff training and equipment maintenance align with policies.
• Plan and schedule routine and reactive cleaning tasks.
• Liaise with warehouse staff, contractors and suppliers.
• Support wider Facilities team to maintain warehouse standards.
• Conduct spot-checks to ensure work quality.
