Job summary

Qualifications

• Fast-paced warehouse experience preferred in logistics or FMCG.

Responsibilities

• Support the efficient picking, packing, storage, and dispatch of customer orders while maintaining accuracy.
• Coordinate with warehouse colleagues and supervisors to ensure daily operational activities run smoothly.
• Provide guidance and support to team members on day-to-day operational queries, escalating concerns when appropriate.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and audit-ready working environment through strong housekeeping and compliance practices.
• Contribute to stock accuracy through effective stock rotation, quality inspections, and careful handling of products.
• Participate in health and safety initiatives, team briefings, and continuous improvement activities that support operational excellence.
• Work flexibly across warehouse activities and multi-temperature environments to support changing business needs.
