Job summary

Martin Brower is seeking a Warehouse Chamber Lead in Coventry to support day-to-day warehouse operations. You will help ensure orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately using voice technology and a warehouse management system, in a multi-temperature environment.

You will collaborate with supervisors and teammates to uphold safety, quality, and efficiency, providing guidance on day-to-day queries and helping maintain an audit-ready workspace.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced warehouse/logistics environments.
• Comfort with voice-picking and WMS systems.
• Ability to operate in multi-temperature environments.

Responsibilities

• Support efficient picking, packing, storage and dispatch of customer orders while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Collaborate with warehouse colleagues and supervisors to ensure daily operations run smoothly.
• Provide guidance to team members on day-to-day queries and escalate concerns when needed.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, audit-ready environment through housekeeping and compliance.
• Contribute to stock accuracy via rotation, inspections and careful handling of products.
• Participate in health and safety initiatives and continuous improvement activities.
• Work across warehouse activities to support changing business needs.
