Job summary

Martin Brower UK & Ireland, a global leader in supply chain and logistics, is seeking a Warehouse Chamber Lead in Coventry to support day-to-day warehouse operations. You will ensure orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately using voice technology and a warehouse management system.

Working in a multi-temperature environment, you will collaborate with supervisors and colleagues to maintain safety, quality, cleanliness and high operational performance while guiding teammates.

Responsibilities

• Support the efficient picking, packing, storage, and dispatch of customer orders while maintaining accuracy and quality standards.
• Collaborate with warehouse colleagues and supervisors to ensure daily operational activities run smoothly and effectively.
• Provide guidance and support to team members on day-to-day operational queries, escalating concerns when appropriate.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and audit-ready working environment through strong housekeeping and compliance practices.
• Contribute to stock accuracy through effective stock rotation, quality inspections, and careful handling of products.
• Participate in health and safety initiatives, team briefings, and continuous improvement activities that support operational excellence.
• Work flexibly across warehouse activities and multi-temperature environments to support changing business needs.
