Job summary

Martin Brower UK & Ireland is seeking a Warehouse Chamber Lead in Coventry to support daily warehouse operations, ensuring orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately in a multi-temperature environment.

You will lead colleagues, uphold health and safety, quality and audit standards, and drive continuous improvement while collaborating with Supervisors to maintain efficient, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse, logistics, FMCG or distribution environment, ideally multi-temperature.
• Commitment to health, safety, quality and compliance standards.
• Comfort with workplace technology and systems.

Responsibilities

• Support efficient picking, packing, storage and dispatch of orders while maintaining accuracy and quality standards.
• Collaborate with warehouse colleagues and supervisors to ensure daily operations run smoothly.
• Provide guidance and escalation on day-to-day operational queries as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean, audit-ready working environment through housekeeping and compliance.
• Contribute to stock accuracy through rotation and inspections.

Job description

As a Warehouse Chamber Lead, you will support the day-to-day warehouse operation, helping to ensure customer orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and efficiently using voice technology and warehouse management systems. Working in a multi-temperature environment, you will collaborate with Warehouse Supervisors and team members to maintain high standards of safety, quality, cleanliness, and operational performance while providing guidance and support to colleagues across the shift. • Support the efficient picking, packing, storage, and dispatch of customer orders while maintaining accuracy and quality standards.
• Collaborate with warehouse colleagues and supervisors to ensure daily operational activities run smoothly and effectively.
• Provide guidance and support to team members on day-to-day operational queries, escalating concerns when appropriate.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and audit-ready working environment through strong housekeeping and compliance practices.
• Contribute to stock accuracy through effective stock rotation, quality inspections, and careful handling of products.
• Participate in health and safety initiatives, team briefings, and continuous improvement activities that support operational excellence.
• Work flexibly across warehouse activities and multi-temperature environments to support changing business needs.
  You have experience working within a fast-paced warehouse, logistics, FMCG, or distribution environment, ideally within a multi-temperature setting.
• You are committed to maintaining high standards of health, safety, quality, and compliance.
• You work well with others, building positive working relationships based on respect, trust, and open communication.
• You are adaptable and comfortable responding to changing priorities and operational requirements.
• You are confident using workplace technology and have a good level of computer literacy.
• You remain calm and organised in busy environments, managing tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience operating material handling equipment (MHE) would be beneficial, although we welcome applicants with transferable skills and a willingness to learn.
