Job summary

Martin Brower UK & Ireland is seeking a Warehouse Chamber Lead in Coventry to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately using voice tech and WMS. This on-site, full-time role works in a multi-temperature environment with a focus on safety, quality and efficiency.

You will guide colleagues, ensure compliance, and collaborate with supervisors to meet daily targets while supporting continuous improvement and team development.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced warehouse, logistics, FMCG or distribution environments.
• Able to use workplace technology and systems.
• Demonstrates adaptability and teamwork in shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support efficient picking, packing, storage and dispatch of orders with accuracy.
• Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to run daily operations smoothly.
• Provide guidance on day-to-day queries and escalate concerns as needed.
• Maintain safe, clean, audit-ready environment through housekeeping and compliance.
• Support stock rotation, quality inspections and careful handling of products.
• Participate in health and safety initiatives and continuous improvement activities.
• Work flexibly across warehouse activities and multi-temperature environments.
