Job summary
GEBHARDT Intralogistics UK is seeking a Solutions Design Engineer in our Nottingham office to work on large-scale automation projects for household name clients. You will develop innovative warehouse automation concepts, model systems, and prepare layouts and documentation for internal reviews and customer presentations.

Qualifications
- Experience in warehouse automation and intralogistics environments.
- Ability to design tailored automation solutions for customers.
- Proficiency in CAD for layout and concept drawings.
- Strong data analysis and capacity calculations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Analyse customer operations, processes and requirements.
- Design warehouse automation and intralogistics solutions.
- Develop system concepts including conveyors, AS/RS, robotics and AMRs.
- Create 2D/3D designs and layouts for reviews and presentations.
- Prepare technical specifications, budgets and quotations.
- Support tender submissions and customer meetings.
- Ensure compliance with standards and design guidelines.
