Placr Recruitment is assisting an established engineering business in Henfield, United Kingdom, to hire a Warehouse and Logistics Assistant. Placr's client | £36,442 per annum + bonus | 44 hours per week

What's on offer?

• Salary: £36,442 + bonus


• Hours: 44 per week, Monday to Friday


• Early shift: 6:00am-3:00pm (2:00pm finish on Fridays)


• Late shift: 8:00am-5:00pm (4:00pm finish on Fridays)

The Role

You'll play a key role in the smooth running of the warehouse and supply chain, covering goods-in, stock control, order preparation, packing and dispatch. You'll also maintain accurate computerised records, support the factory shop floor and help ensure high standards of organisation, safety and stock accuracy.

What We're Looking For

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience


• A working knowledge of Microsoft Office for data entry and record keeping


• A counterbalance forklift licence and experience operating materials-handling equipment


• Good attention to detail and pride in maintaining an organised warehouse
