Job summary

Wren Kitchens Limited in Barton-upon-Humber is seeking an Administrator to join our state-of-the-art factory team. The role is Monday to Friday, 07:30–16:00, providing administrative support across the department and ensuring orders are processed and shipped accurately, completely, and on time.

You will handle duties in areas such as assembly, goods in, and stock control, coordinate between internal teams and customers, monitor stock levels, and help maintain high standards of housekeeping.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent time management.
• Flexible and punctual.
• Knowledge of IFS system.
• Proficient IT skills including Microsoft Office.
• Strong English reading, writing & verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support across the department.
• Launch orders and distribute documentation to customers.
• Communicate between internal and external departments to resolve stock issues.
• Monitor stock levels and submit replenishment requests.
• Ensure daily departmental duties are completed promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and organization.
• Provide training and support to colleagues as required.
