Job summary

Wren Kitchens Limited in Barton-upon-Humber is hiring a Projects Coordinator to join our Head Office on-site. The role runs Monday to Friday, 07:00–15:30, with a salary between £29,000 and £31,000 per annum. You will support project teams with administration, planning and supplier liaison.

You’ll develop plans, attend meetings, manage diaries, coordinate overseas shipments and help the project engineer with processes, contributing to a fast-moving environment at the UK's leading kitchen retailer.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Good IT skills – Microsoft Office including Excel.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Complete administrative tasks on time and to a high standard.
• Assist with the creation and update of project and communication plans.
• Assist the project managers with planning projects from concept to completion.
• Attend project meetings, setting these up and managing diary invites.
• Develop and manage relationships with key suppliers.
• Coordinate shipments from overseas suppliers and ensure timely deliveries.
