Job summary

Absolute Health & Care is recruiting a highly organised Warehouse Administrator in Nantwich to join a well-established food production operation on a temporary-to-permanent basis.

You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, manage SAP production systems, and coordinate stock and deliveries in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and attention to detail are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in food production or warehousing is advantageous.
• Familiarity with SAP Production systems is desirable.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisation.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, managing enquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
• Maintain regular communication with customers, providing timely updates on orders and production schedules.
• Monitor and maintain SAP production systems and inventory levels.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure stock and material replenishment is completed on time.
• Manage and prioritise customer orders from receipt through to delivery.
• Work closely with production teams to ensure customer requirements are met in full and on time.
• Maintain accurate customer records and order information.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve production, stock, and delivery challenges.
• Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained at all times.

Salary: £26,066.64 per annum

Contract: Temporary to Permanent

Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off | 6am to 6:00pm

Our client, a well-established and growing business within the food production sector, is seeking a highly organised Warehouse Administrator to join their team on a temporary-to-permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills, experience in a fast-paced production or warehousing environment, and an interest in SAP systems to develop their career within a supportive and dynamic operation.
