Job summary

Menzies Distribution Solutions Ltd in East Kilbride is seeking a Warehouse Administrator to support efficient operations and maintain accurate stock and data input. You will work Monday to Friday days, 42.5 hours per week, starting at 08:00, with duties including stock control, order processing and reporting.

The role requires solid admin experience, strong communication and proficiency in Outlook, Word and Excel, plus familiarity with warehouse systems.

Qualifications

• Previous Administration Experience is essential.
• Good spoken and written communication skills.
• Strong computer literacy with Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe working environment compliant with H&S policy.
• Accurate input onto Claws and maintenance of stock records.
• Generate and manage reports, KPI information and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal/external customers and departments.
