Job summary

Driverz Work is seeking a Warehouse / office Administrator to support the quality assurance team, prepare samples and handle day-to-day admin tasks. The role includes answering calls, taking orders by phone or email, preparing delivery notes and booking deliveries for customers.

It is an in-person, full-time/contract position in the United Kingdom with casual dress as a perk. The ideal candidate will have at least one year in admin, be fluent in English, and possess solid computer skills.

Qualifications

• Must have admin experience (minimum 1 year).
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Good computer skills and keyboard proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist QA manager in day-to-day tasks.
• Prepare samples and delivery notes.
• Answer phone calls and take orders by phone/email.
• Book deliveries via websites and for customers.
• Photocopying, scanning and filing documents; printing labels.
