Job summary

DHL is seeking a Warehouse Administrator to play a central role in our fulfilment operation. A typical day includes preparing loading sheets, coordinating agency hours, stock investigations, MHE control, and admin support to shift managers.

Strong IT skills, especially Excel and Word, along with excellent communication and attention to detail, are essential in this role within a warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse environments or similar operations.
• Strong IT skills with MS Excel and Word ability.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in admin tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare loading sheets for warehouse loaders.
• Address agency hours and coordinate staffing needs.
• Conduct stock investigations and support MHE control.
• Assist shift managers with administrative tasks.
• Maintain accurate records and data entry in IT systems.
