Job summary

ASOS is seeking a Wardrobe Management Coordinator for its creative studios in London. The role supports the styling team, keeps wardrobes replenished, and ensures efficient workflow across dual studio sites for PDP and creative shoots.

You will work closely with stylists, manage samples, and help deliver high-quality e-commerce assets. The ideal candidate is highly organised with strong teamwork and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Strong organising, prioritising and time management skills.
• Proven experience in handling samples.
• Pro-active in decision making and problem solving.
• Can-do attitude and ability to work well in a team.
• Confident using Excel and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain styling wardrobes for the styling team to create authentic shoots.
• Replenish styling underpinnings and manage wardrobe samples.
• Order and process styling orders for dual studio sites.
• Unpack, tag/barcode and organise wardrobe samples.
• Process returns of styling samples and monitor stock levels.
• Support with look development and ensure wardrobes match seasonal trends.
• Collaborate with stylists and studios team to improve workflow.
• Deliver projects aligned with department strategy and ad hoc tasks.
