Job summary

RWS Global is seeking a Coordinator, Wardrobe Operations in Milton Keynes to support Director, Wardrobe Operations. You will update and organize project documentation, attend production meetings, assist in costume pulls, packaging, and restocks, and handle shipments with a proactive, team-driven approach.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to adapt to fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in wardrobe or stage management or equivalent.
• Experience in theme parks, cruise lines, or touring preferred.
• Proficient in Numbers, Keynote, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to adapt and be flexible.
• Ability to collaborate with wardrobe team to complete projects.
• Ability to listen, take instruction, and to participate in a team.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers and vendors.
• Ability to work well under tight deadlines, in a fast paced and high-pressure environment.
• Ability to lift at least 20 lbs, as well as climb and reach on ladders.
• Experience in the live entertainment and event production industries preferred.
• Extremely detail-oriented and responsible.

Responsibilities

• Assist Managers by purchasing performer supplies, shoes, and wardrobe supplies.
• Assist with returns and costume shop related errands.
• Consistently organize and update paperwork per project.
• Pull and deliver rehearsal wardrobe items.
• Assist Managers in project pack outs.
• Assist in the coordination of manifests and shipments.
• Assist Managers in costume pulls and restock.
• Track orders and large shipments/purchases to office or location.
• Coordinate and schedule internal team meetings.
• Attend production meetings as needed.
• Sewing or crafting as needed.
• Laundry as needed.
• Variable hours pending project needs.
• Travel to ship or venues as needed.
