Job summary

ASOS.com Ltd is seeking Wardrobe Management coordinators for its creative Studios to support the styling team across dual studio sites in a fast-paced ecommerce environment. You will manage wardrobes, ensure replenishment, and collaborate with stylists to deliver authentic shoots for our 20-something customer.

You will report into the Wardrobe Manager, contribute to day-to-day studio operations, and adapt to changing shoot types and seasons while maintaining brand standards and process

Qualifications

• Strong organisation, prioritising, time management and communication skills.
• Proactive in decision making and problem solving.
• Experience handling wardrobe samples.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the styling wardrobes available for the styling team to create authentic, inspiring shoots daily.
• Replenishment of all styling underpinnings.
• Ordering and processing of styling orders to replenish wardrobes across dual studio sites.
• Unpacking, prepping, tagging/barcoding, and organising wardrobe samples.
• Processing returns of styling samples.
• Collaborating with the styling team to keep wardrobes up to date with the latest samples.
• Supporting stylists with styling management post shoot.
• Delivering projects to support department strategy and other ad hoc tasks.
