ASOS is seeking a Junior Wardrobe Coordinator for a 6 month FTC to support wardrobe management across dual studio sites. You will help maintain the styling wardrobes and ensure rapid replenishment for daily shoots.

You will work with stylists and studios teams, demonstrating strong organisation, problem solving and a proactive approach. A robust eye for trends and an E‑commerce studio environment background is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Strong organisation, prioritising, time management and communication skills.
• Highly organised and pro- active in decision making and problem solving.
• Has a can- do attitude with the ability to work well as part of a team.
• Confident using excel, learning new systems and reporting skills.

Responsabilités

• Maintain styling wardrobes available for the styling team to create authentic, inspiring shoots daily.
• Responsible for the replenishment of all styling underpinnings.
• Ordering and processing of styling orders to replenish wardrobes across dual studio sites.
• Unpacking, prepping, tagging/barcoding, and organizing wardrobe samples.
• Processing returns of styling samples.
• Supporting with Buy the Look & Connected looks and keeping wardrobes stocked.
• Collaborating with the styling team to ensure wardrobes are up to date with latest samples.
• Supporting stylists with styling management post shoot.
• Delivering quality and volume KPIs in wardrobe operations.
• Identifying workflow improvements and contributing ideas.
