Job summary

ASOS is seeking a Senior Stylist to lead the styling team, guiding fashion direction and seamless operations for our e-commerce assets. You will collaborate with Leads, Team Leaders, Management and senior teams to ensure high-quality content and efficient workflows across shoots.

You will drive creative excellence, brand consistency, and strong KPI performance, while mentoring staff and maintaining a dynamic, market-aware studio environment.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of styling teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong eye for fashion, photography and e-commerce assets.
• Ability to manage creative direction across shoots and studios.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day running of the Styling team and oversee 1000+ product page enrichments daily.
• Ensure creative quality and KPIs are met by coordinating with the studio and wider team.
• Lead and demonstrate ASOS aesthetics across different shoot types.
• Collaborate with retail and studio departments to deliver engaging content.
• Mentor and develop team through regular 1-2-1s and objective reviews.
• Assist in selection, interviewing and onboarding of new full-time and freelance staff.
