Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, assembly or warehouse experience is preferred.
• Must be comfortable with regular heavy lifting and manual handling.
• Physically fit and able to carry out a demanding, active role.
• Hard working, reliable and punctual.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Good work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
• Able to work to production targets.

Responsibilities

• Working within the wardrobe/glide area of the manufacturing facility.
• Handling and moving large and heavy wardrobe components.
• Regular heavy manual handling and lifting throughout the working day.
• Moving components between different stages of the production process.
• Assisting with the production and assembly of wardrobes.
• Working on production lines.
• Quality checking materials and finished products.
• Following production instructions and processes.
• Working to daily production targets.
• Working both independently and as part of a team.
• General housekeeping and keeping the work area clean and tidy.
• Following all health and safety procedures.
