Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a dedicated catering/hygiene operative to provide meals and general housekeeping in a mental health inpatient environment. Responsabilités

• Provide full meal and snack service to service users on the wards.
• Receive, store and prepare food in line with HACCP and safety policies.
• Regenerate/prepare and serve meals and sundry items per distribution timescales.
• Wash crockery and utensils after each service.
• Maintain high cleanliness standards in the catering department.
• Communicate with nursing staff and dietitians to ensure special diets are provided as required.
• Collate and input data for ordering of special diets onto catering sheets.
• Prepare wards for meals and display menus as required.
• Maintain stock levels and report faults or damaged items for removal.
• Adhere to confidentiality and safeguarding policies.
