Ward Manager – Wolverhampton Hospital at Nuffield Health invites applications from experienced nursing leaders. You will oversee daily ward operations, guide a skilled nursing team, and ensure exceptional patient care while shaping a superior patient experience within a regulated hospital environment.

The role requires an RGN with NMC registration and a mentorship qualification, plus substantial nursing management experience.

Qualifications

• Considerable nursing management experience; organised, highly motivated and engaged.

Job type: Permanent, Full Time; Location: Wolverhampton Hospital; Salary: Up to £57,000 per annum depending on experience; Hours: 37.5 hours per week. You will be a collaborative, caring individual who thrives in a regulated environment and brings positivity and professionalism to a high-performing team.
