This permanent full-time Ward Manager post runs the day-to-day operation of a ward at Nuffield Health's hospital, which works alongside leading consultants and shares its site with an NHS Trust. The core work is managing ward operations and leading a team of highly qualified nurses, with patient care and experience at the centre. Oncology and acute dependency units set the setting apart. Fit depends on an RGN with NMC registration and a mentorship qualification, plus prior experience as a junior sister, charge nurse or ward manager.
