Job summary

Nuffield Health Guildford Hospital in Guildford is seeking a Ward Manager with proven RGN experience and an NMC registration to lead the ward and clinical team.

You will oversee daily operations, mentor staff, deliver excellent patient care, and contribute to the hospital's top-quality service; a supportive environment and comprehensive benefits package are offered.

This permanent full-time role requires 37.5 hours per week and offers up to £60,000 per annum depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Qualified RGN with NMC registration and mentorship qualification.
• Experience as JUNIOR SISTER / CHARGE NURSE or Ward Manager.
• Strong nursing management experience and organisational skills.

Ward Manager Guildford Hospital | Nursing | Permanent | Full time | Up to £60,000 per annum depending on experience 37.5 hours per week

As a Ward Manager at our hospital, you're a qualified RGN with NMC registration and a mentorship qualification. You've already worked as a Junior Sister / Charge Nurse or Ward Manager. Either way, you hold considerable nursing management experience and you're organised, highly motivated and engaged.
